Advantages:

Удобное для меня расположение. Владелец квартиры очень оперативно и четко подтвердил бронь, вышел на связь и вовремя передал ключи и показал квартиру, за что ему отдельная благодарность. Остались только положительные эмоции от поездки и проживания. Квартира в новом ЖК. Нет посторонних запахов и грязи. Фото соответствуют размещенным на сайте, поэтому даже не было мысли что-то фотографировать для подтверждения. :)

Disadvantages:

Для тех, кто планирует днём работать удаленно и не покидать квартиру - будьте готовы, что окна в сторону проезжей части. Для меня это было не критично.
