Коттедж площадью 70 кв.м. с двумя верандами — 70 и 30 кв.м.
Коттедж удален от всех остальных строений вглубь территории.

Расположен на берегу реки, впадающей в Ладожское озеро, в настоящем лесу.

Здесь всего 5 небольших коттеджей, располагающих к семейному отдыху.

Лес, тишина и уединение с природой.

Размещение с животными платное (1000 руб. единовременно). Только собаки до 35 см в холке.

Общее количество гостей любого возраста не больше 6 человек.
