Advantages:

Тихий район, светлая квартира, просторная лоджия, новый дом. Рядом находится кафе "Дело вкуса", где можно вкусно и недорого провести время, рядом магазин "Магнит", в доме находится магазин "Градусы" в котором можно купить воду и не только...

Disadvantages:

Нам не хватило кофеварки или турки.
