Зимний уютный дом со всеми удобствами на огороженом участке рядом с лесом, рядом с горнолыжгыми курортами Красное озеро, Золотая долина, Снежный.
В доме 2 спальни- 2х спальная кровать и 1.5 спальная 2х этажная. Кухня-гостиная с эл.камином, ТВ, диваном, на кухне все необходимое: эл. Чайник, холодильник, плита, посудомоечная машина, мкв печь, посуда, столовые приборы.
В ванной комнате-душевая кабина, раковина, туалет, стиральная машина и сушилка для белья, утюг, теплый пол.
Домик с террасой. На участке детская горка с домиком, батут. Мангал и беседка с садовой мебелью. Подвесные качели, футбольные ворота.
У ворот парковочные места.
Курить можно на террасе. На участке живут две добрейший хаски.
На участке 3 дома, есть дом 60 м кв.
В поселке 10 мин пешком магаины- Магнит, Красное и белое, Дарина, Фасоль, амбулатория, церковь, школа, д/сад, пункт Озон. Остановка общественного транспорта.
