Палатка стоит на дощатой террасе у ручья и оснащена печкой. Внутри есть кровать, полка, чайник, конфорка для приготовления еды. Оборудована москитной сеткой. Материал палатки не пропускает влагу и защищает от солнечных лучей, но, в отличие от толстых стен коттеджей, не препятствует естественному циркулированию воздуха и не приглушает звуки природы — пение птиц, шелест листьев, журчание воды.

Туалет и душ находятся в отдельном блоке на территории комплекса.
