Новый, уютный, современный, дизайнерский дом со всеми удобствами. Расположен прямо на берегу реки, 20 метров до воды, в окружении леса. Состояние покоя, красота реки. Вечерний камин, сауна, обособленная территория 3. 0 гектара, только гости и администрация. Оборудованный спуск для лодки или катера, рыбалка с берега рядом с домом. Хорошо подойдёт семейной паре с детьми.

У нас своя пасека, всегда есть свежий мед. Можно посещать расположенную недалеко от гостевого дома ферму, посмотреть с/х животных (цесарки, курочки, перепела, поросята вьетнамской породы), проведём небольшую экскурсию на пасеку, расскажем о пчёлах.

Рядом город лодейное поле, 10 минут на машине, доступна доставка продуктов из магазина "пятёрочка". Туристическая деревня мандроги - 20 км.
В-К : Отдых у реки Свирь/КФХ Приостровское.
