Один из четырёх комфортабельных коттеджей площадью 150 кв. м недалёко от Петергофа. На первом этаже располагается просторная кухня-гостиная, с выходом на открытую террасу к зоне барбекю. Дровяная сауна, расположенная непосредственно в доме, затапливается гостями самостоятельно в удобное для них время. Сауна включена в стоимость бронирования коттеджа, дрова предоставляем. Пользоваться вениками в сауне запрещено. Вас порадует большая открытая веранда и зона барбекю с мангалом для приготовления шашлыка, рыбы и пр. Если планируете использование мангала, не забудьте привезти уголь и розжиг. В целях пожарной безопасности использование дров в мангале запрещено. Может вместить 8 + 2 человека.
В коттедже имеются 4 отдельные спальни с двуспальными кроватями + 1 детская кроватка. В гостиной располагаются два раскладных дивана. Важно: в Ленинградской области действует закон о тишине. В будние дни нарушать тишину и покой запрещается с 21.00 до 8.00 час., в выходные дни с 22.00 до 10.00 час. Поэтому, если у вас планируется шумное мероприятие, советуем поискать другие варианты.
