Открытое пространство 90 м на втором этаже, 3 спальни на 3 этаже. Общая площадь дома 270 кв м. Отапливается электричеством. Ближайшее озеро - 20 мин на машине (Орлинское). Подходит для отдыха с детьми или большой компании (всего возможно разместить 13 человек).
