Advantages:

Дом очень комфортный и удобный,все совершенно автоматизировано и достаточно удобно расположено. Единственное что ,это второй этаж,что нет разделения зоны сна между двумя спальными зонами. Были на январских праздниках,очень холодно,НО камин просто спас положение!!!
