Advantages:

Хорошая светлая,чистая и по-домашнему уютная квартира! Хозяйка приятная,доброжелательная,заселились по времени,все рассказала,показала! Единственный минус для меня-это очень скрипучая кровать и стол на кухне,который еле дышит,норовя сломаться каждый раз,как на него что-то ставишь. В целом квартира хорошая,рекомендую!
