Также на первом этаже туалет, душевая и дровяная баня - входит в стоимость проживания. Большая терраса с крышей и зоной барбекю. На террасе мягкая мебель и стол. Живописные места для истинных любителей рыбалки. Изобилие лесных ягод и грибов. Весельная лодка - входит в стоимость проживания. Лодочный мотор до 10 л. с. за доп плату. Свой пирс, прямой выход с участка на пирс. Стоимость аренды дома вых (птн, суб, воскр) 9500р, будни 8300р. Летний период 01. 06-01. 09 аренда от недели. На один день дом не сдается.
