Advantages:

Уютная квартира. Недалеко от метро, всё близко.

Disadvantages:

Нет сушилки для белья, при заселении не оказалось средств для стирки + стоял в туалете пустой флакон освежитель воздуха: (

Advantages:

Квартира в хорошем состоянии. Есть диван и кровать. До метро минут идти минут 10. Еще один плюс - наличие кондиционера (летом в Питере стало жарковато).
