Сдается комната, как студия (читайте внимательно, комната от собственника, кухня обустроена как комната (подобие студии), все есть. На время прибывания, до метро 10-15 минут, можно пешком или на маршрутке, свежий воздух, все условия, удобства, даем постельное бельё и полотенца, проживаю с мужем в соседней комнате, сдаем не квартиру, а комнату, 3 и больше делаем скидку, постоянные клиенты довольные.
Диван, раскладушка, к дополнению матрас, шкафчик маленький для вещей.
Бары, магазины, салоны красоты, леса, природа, свежий воздух.
