Если вы хотите отдохнуть в тишине на берегу Ладожского озера, то Вам сюда! Сдается дом в идеальном месте, как для отдыха, так и для активного образа жизни. В шаговой доступности: Ладожское озеро, р. Волхов, петровские каналы. Тихое и спокойное место. Рядом магазин. Парковочные места для авто на территории участка.
На территории сад с плодовыми деревьями(все плоды можно собирать): слива, яблоня, крыжовник. В летний сезон уличная терраса с мебелью.
Заезд с 14. 00, выезд до 12. 00 (либо по договоренности).
С собаками и кошечками к сожалению откажем!

Прекрасное место. Всё,что надо для комфортного проживания, есть. Тихо, спокойно. Удобное расположение, как для рыбалки(озеро рядом) так и для других целей. По возможности, буду там останавливаться.
