Сдам теплый зимний дом в орехово. Хорошая транспортная доступность 40 мин на машине без плохих дорог или 1 час на электропоезде с девяткино. Прекрасное место для отдыха от городской суеты. Дом небольшой, но уютный и тёплый, прекрасно подойдёт для отдыха с семьёй или небольшой компанией. Удобная планировка с раздельными двумя комнатами. Кухня и санузел в доме. Посуда и постельное бельё в наличие. На территории мангальная зона и место для парковки машины, на улице бросать не надо.
Территория огорожена и освещена. До ж. д. станции орехово /о. П. 67км. И магазина 15-20 мин. Пешком. Рядом озеро большое барково, лес, лыжные трассы, веревочный парк орех, где находится один из самых больших веревочных парков.
