Advantages:

Заселение бесконечное, и несмотря на то, что предыдущее не оставили карту ключ, запасную быстро предоставили. В аппартаментах чисто, всё работает из техники, окна смотрят не прямо в другие окна. Вернули забытую при выезде вещь. Контакт от владельца, всегда на связи был.

Disadvantages:

Мягкие матрасы, и он не одинарный, двойной, разъезжается.
