Advantages:

Заселили раньше, чем договаривались. Выселились тоже быстро и без проблем. Хозяйка всегда на связи. В квартире тепло, вся техника работает, чисто, тихо, ни соседей не слышно, во дворе спокойно. Магазины не далёко, рядом кафе, смотровая площадка, набережная.
