Коммуникации: холодная/горячая вода, электричество, канализация, во всех комнатах теплый пол.
Дом на 6 человек: на первом этаже кухня, с/у, баня (помывочная и парная), на втором этаже две комнаты (одна с угловым диваном, вторая с двумя диванами), детская кроватка, стульчик для кормления.
При аренде на сутки предоставим белье, полотенца, банные простыни, посуду, мангал со всеми принадлежностями для жарки.
В аренду дома входит пользование баней.

Advantages:

Хороший дом с баней, провести выходные. для проживания все есть: посуда, простыни, полотенца, мангал. Спальные места на втором этаже, кровати удобные, розетки есть. Машину припарковали во дворе за забором, помещается 2 машины. Есть детская площадка, и детей видно из окна кухни - удобно).

Disadvantages:

немного шумновато от дороги
