Advantages:

Расположение хорошее, до моря недалёко. Рядом кирха, кафе, рынок и местные магазины. Также удобно добираться автобусом.

Disadvantages:

К сожалению, в квартире не очень чисто и поэтому не очень удобно. Всё хочется как следует отмыть и протереть антисептиком. Из-за начавшегося насморка у ребенка и состояния квартиры пришлось съехать
