На втором этаже уютная комната с матрасом для двоих и невероятным видом на побережье залива.

Advantages:

Прекрасный дом со всем необходимым. Чисто. Новый. Удобные кровати, на кухне все что нужно для комфорта, приятные полы с подогревом. Хороший душ. Большая территория в своеобразном тупике. Три пляжа в пешей доступности. Пляжи в понимании финского залива. То есть мелко. Зато есть тень от деревьев. Детям понравился верхний этаж, хотя лестница достаточно крутая. Включил раз телевизор, огромный, много каналов. Мангал барбекю удобный.

Disadvantages:

Вокруг продолжается строительство домов. Пляжи все таки мелкие и каменистые. Есть несколько мест с удобным входом, их надо искать.
