Advantages:

Домик находится в поселке Рощино в шаговой доступности от магазинов, что конечно является плюсом. В домики чисто, уютно. Современный и удобный интерьер. На территории отличная зона для мангала и барбекю.

Disadvantages:

Минус близость многоэтажек к участку, не очень уютно.
