Апартаменты расположены на первом этаже, территория огорожена. Во дворе детская площадка, видеонаблюдение во дворе и подъезде.
Изолированная спальная комната с двуспальной кроватью и телевизором. Для качественного сна предусмотрены шторы Blackout.
В кухне-гостиной двухместный диван-кровать (ширина 140 см, без подлокотников) с большим SMART-TV.
Дополнительное спальное место: кресло-кровать.

При заезде вносится залог 3000 руб за сохранность ключей, имущества и соблюдения правил проживания. Возвращается после приемки и уборки апартаментов.

Не сдается под вечеринки. За курение штраф - не возвращается залог.
При заселении оформляется договор и акт приема-передачи.

Аренда без животных.

Время заезда с 16:00
