Advantages:

Были 3.08.2022-6.08.2022 года. Понравилось расположение дома (магазины, кафе и остановка недалеко) . Были проблемы с горячей водой т.к. проводились плановые работы домоуправлением. Квартира на 4-ку из 5-ти.

Disadvantages:

Навести чистоту и небольшой ремонт. Мебель уже немного устала.
