Находится рядом с проспектом. До остановки менее 5 минут. Магазины все тоже рядом , что очень удобно. С парковкой проблем не было. Красивое расположение. Быстрое заселение. Хороший вид из окна

Disadvantages:

Как только заходите в квартиру, попадаете в 70 е и 80 е года, мебель, пол, стены и потолок.
