Advantages:

Отдыхали на майские праздники. Свежий ремонт. Техника и бытовые приборы хорошего качества. Тоже самое и в части сантехники. Удобные кровати. Размещение на втором этаже (лестница с внешней стороны стены, удобная и хорошо огорожена). Мангальная зона благоустроена и удобна. Водоснабжение стабильное и хорошее (бойлер большого объема).
