Живописное место. Рядом (-10 минут ходьбы)-озеро с прозрачной водой изумрудного цвета. Аренда сапов и лодок. Рыбалка и охота. Пляжный отдых.
Так называемые: «питерские мальдивы». Истоки реки оредеж.
Рядом с домом: гриль-домик и баня. (см. Фото).
Участок ухоженный. Деревья. Брусчатка.
Парковка рядом с домом.
Кондиционеры и санузлы-на обоих этажах
Гости с собакой доплачивают 1500 рублей в сутки.
