Advantages:

Хороший вариант переночевать в Питере, утром вид из окна порадовал. Есть подземный паркинг, если Вы на машине, то очень выручит, т.к. вокруг комплекса припарковаться проблематично. На первом этаже есть кофейни и Пятёрочка.

Disadvantages:

Заедает карниз штор в угловой комнате, в душевой кабине пора менять герметик - цветёт и переключатель гарнитура не закреплён. Малый диван стоит почистить, там пятно было.

Приехали заселяться, позвонили, а хозяин квартиры сказал, что садится телефон и пропал на 4 часа с выключенным телефоном, квартира ничего выдающегося
